Join us for a hands-on culinary journey to Southern Italy to prepare a beloved Calabrian speciality: Fraguni (traditional Italian savory or sweet buns/tarts)
During the class, you will prepare the filling and fold and seal the fraguni. The dough will be prepared ahead of time but we will give you a recipe for that!
